Single Apostolics Meet Inc. Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 18, 2026
Single Apostolics Meet Inc. ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data when you use our website and mobile app. By accessing or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us via our website or by emailing support@singleapostolics.com.
Details Collected: When you register with Single Apostolics Meet Inc., you may provide us with your name, nickname, email address, phone number, gender, preferred match gender, date of birth, location, and profile photo. You may also choose to provide additional details about yourself, such as interests and preferences.
Your date of birth is kept private; other members see only your age, derived from it. Your gender and date of birth are controlled identity fields and can be corrected only through a staff-reviewed request.
Purpose:
Details Collected: We may collect data from your interactions with the platform, such as answers to profile questions, photos, wall posts, comments, likes, passes, matches, reports, blocks, and messages. We also use cookies as described in Section 5, and we collect the city-level location you choose as described in Section 1.4 and Section 13.
Purpose: To operate matching and messaging, to keep the community safe, and to provide the features you use.
Likes, passes, matches, messages, blocks, and reports are stored so the service works and so we can act on safety concerns. They are never exposed to other members beyond what the product plainly shows you (for example, a mutual match).
Details Collected: Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and other similar information are automatically collected when you access our site or app.
Purpose:
Details Collected: You choose a city for your location. We do not request or collect your device's GPS position. We hold approximate city-centre coordinates privately so distance-based matching works.
Purpose: To allow you to search for members in an area you choose. Other members see your city, region, and country — never a precise position.
When you make an in-app purchase through our platform, we collect information related to:
Please note that payment details (e.g., credit or debit card information) are not collected, stored, or processed by us. These are securely managed by Apple through the App Store and by Google through Google Play.
Subscription options, their durations, and their prices are displayed in the app store at the time of purchase and may vary by location. The store's disclosure at purchase governs.
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be made to the app store you purchased from — Apple or Google. We do not process those payments and cannot issue refunds for store purchases, except as required by applicable law.
Sensitive Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information such as political opinions, trade union membership, genetic data, or health information, unless you voluntarily provide this information in your profile. Our community is faith-based, so profiles may include religious information you choose to share. You may also choose to provide information on your ethnicity or preferred match ethnicity to enhance your matching experience.
Photo verification involves facial information processed by our verification provider. See Section 3.c below.
i) Ethnicity Information
Details Collected: As part of your profile, you may choose to provide information about your ethnicity and your preferred match ethnicity. This information is entirely optional and is collected to enhance your matching experience by allowing you to connect with others who share similar backgrounds or preferences.
Purpose:
Note: You may update or remove this information from your profile at any time. This information will only be used as described above and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
i) Apostolic Pentecostal Community Focus
Community Focus: Our services are designed to serve the Apostolic Pentecostal community, providing a platform for like-minded individuals to connect. While the primary focus is on Apostolic Pentecostal members, we welcome all users who share similar values and beliefs.
Inclusivity: We respect and welcome non-Apostolic Pentecostal individuals who choose to join our community. Our platform is committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment for all users.
Children's Information: Our services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Photo verification is optional. If you choose to verify, our verification provider processes your selfie and facial information for two purposes only: liveness verification and comparison against your profile photo. We receive the verification result and related status information. We do not receive or retain your selfie, liveness video, face template, facial vector, or biometric score. The provider handles that material under its own retention practices.
A verification badge means only that photo verification was completed. It is not a background check, a government-identity certification, a criminal-record check, an endorsement, or a guarantee of any member's accuracy, character, intentions, or safety.
